Cloudy Apple Cider

The Swell Brewing Co. Core Range is our roster of approachable craft brews that are available year round. Each recipe has been tried and tested over the years to ensure a sessionable brew with the perfect balance of flavours.

Our cloudy apple cider is made from 100% Pink Lady apples. It is fermented in seasoned French oak barrels using wild yeast and, after a few months of maturation to soften, this well balanced cider is packaged hazy with soft carbonation.
