Come in this friday night for schnitty specials and taste our very first GABS festival beer, a decadent Imperial Breakfast Pastry Stout, The Dawny. Dan let us go a bit crazy with this one so we filled it with whole croissants from the crew at Croissant D'Or, Columbian mico-lot cold brew coffee from our mates at Goodness Coffee Co, organic cacao nibs, vanilla pods, chai tea, and a generous helping of milk sugar. We also chucked it in 500ml tinnies, because, why not?
To celebrate the launch of The Dawny, we've somehow conned our head brewer Shane into sticking around at the Swell Brewing Co Taphouse in McLaren Vale this Friday night to chat to you lot about the brewing process and pour some cheeky samples. He'll be there from 5PM until he gets bored, but there'll be schnitty specials and a speccy themed desert on offer all night.
