The Bommie Oat Cream IPA

Bombora is an indigenous Australian term for an area of large waves breaking over submerged rock shelves or reefs. In true ocker fashion, we’ve bastardised the word into the surf-adjacent slang term, the bommie. Regardless of etymology, it’s the size and shape of these hazardous waves that makes them attractive to thrill-seeking surfers willing to take the risk.

This oat cream IPA is filled to the brim with both rolled and malted oats for a thick and juicy body. Heavy dry-hop additions of a whole gang of fresh hops lend ripe pineapple, juicy mango, apricot, and passion fruit flavours, while a touch of milk sugar soothes any lingering bitterness.
