The Brewery Qualifying Series, much like the world surfing qualifying series, is an opportunity for our brewers to test small-batch beers and see if they can make it into the Swell Brewing Co. core range.
Evening glass-off is named after all the great sessions on long summer days, when the sea breeze fades and you're left surfing super glassy waters with your mates well towards sunset.
This double IPA is full of floral and citrus aromas and flavours. A generous 22 g/L hop load gives the brew some grassy notes and a mild bitterness. The addition of oats in the mash adds a smooth mouthfeel. The glassier the better... Enjoy!
