The Mollusc Oyster Stout

From the ancient Greek to that lovable Italian scamp Casanova, history has long sworn by the amorous reputation of the oyster as an aphrodisiac. While actual science may disagree, you can't deny that it's killer marketing. And look, we're not saying this beer will get you in the mood, but we're not not saying it either.

This sessionable Irish stout was brewed to celebrate Never Never Distilling Co's OysterPalooza weekend at their McLaren Vale home. Named because of the addition of freshly shucked oyster shells in the boil, expect classic roasted malts and a dry finish with a slight saline edge.
