Shifty Drops In Oat Cream IPA

Common surf etiquette is pretty clear concerning the drop-in; don’t. But while accidents do happen, if you drop-in on someone already on the wave and don’t kick-out, then be prepared to cop some abuse. Brewing craft beer is a different story though. A collaborative spirit runs through the industry, so we figured we’d let our mates at Shifty Lizard drop-in for a fresh brew.  

This oat cream IPA utilizes a couple of our favourite new hop varieties, Nectaron and Zamba. Pineapple, passion fruit, and peach lead the way with a hint of grapefruit and orange tangerine rounding out the experience.  Thick and juicy with a soft bitterness.
